Tantric Sexuality Lessons
About Orgasm - Various quotes
The first scientific definition of sexual climax, also known as orgasm, came from Wilhelm Reich. He established the term "orgastic potency" which applies to both genders and is not the same as the erectile potency in males, although for men the two aren't completely unrelated. The female orgasm was defined by men for a long time, with its existence even being disputed "scientifically" and the discussion about clitoral or vaginal orgasms is an old one that still hasn't been fully resolved. All these issues will be dealt with in this seminar, and others as well. And above all, we'll be dealing with them in a practical way.
The first part is mainly about the orgasm reflex and increasing your "orgiastic potency" using bioenergetic exercises from the Reichian tradition.
Any energetic blockages present will become visible during this part. The ability to orgasm for both males and females has a lot to do with trust: in yourself, in your body, in your partner and in the situation.
If sexuality is burdened with feelings of guilt, this restricts the ability to orgasm. Fear of losing control inhibits what happens. Regardless of where they are with respect to these issues, every participant in this seminar will gain energy-increasing, liberating effects from the exercises.
In tantra we exercise control over orgasm using breathing techniques and muscle contractions, in order to prolong the orgasm and use the accumulated energy to reach the next energetic level
Experiencing a deep orgasm is the most natural way to attain the innate relaxation that we call satisfaction. It's the easiest and most passionate way to simply "be" - to exist beyond any feelings of restlessness.

"Orgasms can be energizing and being sexually fulfilled can raise one's self-confidence in all areas of life. How can we become multi-orgasmic? It begins with expanding the range of sensual awareness so your entire being feels beautiful and wonderful tapped in turned on and finely tuned. So how is it possible? Well first of all it's not about holding back the orgasm as most men might think and probably "try” to do.
It's actually a process of internalizing the energies of pleasure causing the orgasm to flow in and up, rather than out. It then becomes a continuous stream of pleasurable energy which in many ways feels much like a great orgasm or better without the ejaculatory release, or loss of energy!
In fact, this inner streaming is actually energizing and in some cultures such as Tantra, or Taoism, it is practiced as a way of cultivating one's life force. Sexual energy is a creative life force. If you learn to master this energy, you will become more creative! Isn't that a nice bonus?"
