Once again, it's been a long time since I wrote someting in the school journal. What has been happening? Well, I have been concentrating on the Tantra Sacred Massage practice and setting up a more permanent practice in Cape Town where the training of 2 men and 2 women has begun. They will take up the massage work as soon as they are ready.
But the main reason for the Durga Tantra school workshops not taking off early this year is that I moved house and that kept me busy for months! What I have been able to do is to find lovely venues for workshops - one in the CT area, one in the Drakensberg and one in southern Mpumulanga, one on the KZN south coast. These are all venues that lend themselves to spiritual work and all have agreed on hosting Tantra workshops.
A while ago, I did decide not to continue with the 4 hour introductory workshops that I had been holding. I personally found that they were not so successful and I wanted to concentrate on weekend retreats where you actually get a more intense submersion into tantric practice and therefore more value for your money. If you would like to host a workshop in your area and know of a venue or have a group of people that might be interested, please let me know. I will keep you all informed about progress concerning organising workshops and dates - hopefully in the second half of this year.
